Why is my Internet so slow and how I can fix it?
My soooooo slow speed internet download their stuff at about 20kbps, and sometimes even slower. My question to all those who might be interested, how can I solve this problem so that is downloaded over from and how fast things just make it faster in general? Also if anyone knows a good program for PC speed, in general, if Please let me know I am running a Vista 32 bit my computer is a Dell Inspiron 530S is really old (as I have a 1.5 TB disk external hard so any suggestions on how my computer faster would be unbelievable as such (no programs to remove the hard disk normal and what is not).
