If you just installed new brushes, you get a lot of sparks up the collector what brushes Another cause of bed sparks in. In other words, if the collector is dirty and covered in coal dust from the old blades that you'll also sparking.If enough skill with power tools that could disable its router and clean the sink with very fine sandpaper to the color of copper proved again.
