Is it okay to call Acer and ask for a laptop bag / case / sleeve?

You can always ask. One could make if you buy it, but the cases / bags / come with are not that great. My brother had an Aspire One for a while, and the bag is not much, better not ask him for free or buy a separate case. Or, go indie and sew yourself. ^ _ ^
