Pro ScandAll not Uninstall?

I have a Fujitsu 5120C scanner is running on Vista SP1 Enterprise Edition. I need to uninstall the software ScandAll Pro v1.6 that I can load a new scanner. (when trying to install the software without uninstalling the other version that says the scanner software is running, uninstall that version and try again). I go to the Programs / Features and then find the Scandall Pro software, click on it, and then click "Uninstall" and immediately I got the following error message: "Error reading setup initialization file." And not uninstalled. Does anyone have any suggestions how to obtain this file to uninstall? uninstaller.exe looked for a file in the program files for this software, but there are none.
